i want to start off by making it very clear that i have barely played this game. it's unfortunate, but it's true. i have to admit now that i'm not a real gamer. i haven't beaten any of the bosses, and i am sad to say that this is the extent of my map exploration.
that said, i took the cheater's way out and have watched a lot of streamers play it, as well as a lot of lore essays, and i can safely say this is one of my favorite games of all time. between its story, its sense of aesthetics, its incredibly compelling characters, and its completely unique atmosphere, elden ring is an absolute masterpiece, completed by its recently released dlc.
